2017 PSG Indigenous Female Employee of the Year Award
PSG’s “Indigenous Female Employee of the Year” Award was established to recognise the contribution made by Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women to the success of their businesses and organisations. Judging criteria included: contribution to the nominee’s organisation; contribution to Indigenous and/or women’s issues; and quality of education/development proposal.
The 2017 award was judged by an independent panel, comprising of Indigenous Businessperson, Kristal Kinsela and Steve Grzeskowiak from Department of Defence.

The award consists of a trophy and a monetary prize of $10000, at least half of which ($5000) is to be allocated to an education or development program for the winner. The finalists each take home $1,000.
