Troy Rugless  Director & CEO  Troy founded PSG Holdings in partnership with Shane Jacobs in 2011. Troy currently resides as PSG Holdings Director, CEO, Business Development Manager, Company Cultural Leader and Indigenous Business Mentor. Troy’s Indigenous heritage is from the Wiradjuri people who were the first inhabitants of central western NSW. Troy ensures that PSG Holdings thrives based on a culture of respect, humility, ingenuity and hard work. These values pervade all aspects of the business.

Mark Coleman  Director  Mark combines his integrity, ingenuity and commercial nous to ensure the success of PSG Holdings. Given his strong background in construction and his passion for leadership, Mark has the unique ability to work with various stakeholders at all levels in the construction industry. Mark joined PSG Holdings in 2011 as General Manager of Construction and in 2014 was promoted to CEO and now holds the position of Director. He has been an integral part of PSG Holdings growth and continues to contribute towards future success.

Mark combines his integrity, ingenuity and commercial nous to ensure the success of PSG Holdings. Josh Tinker  General Manager, Operations  Having worked for a number of tier one construction companies, Josh has honed his skills and has experience in all aspects of project management. As General Manager for operational matters, Josh is responsible for overseeing all projects to ensure their successful and timely completion. He possesses strong team management skills, with a focus on client satisfaction, quality, safety and environment.

Having worked for a number of tier one construction companies, Josh has honed his skills and has experience in all aspects of project management. As General Manager for operational matters, Josh is responsible for overseeing all projects to ensure their successful and timely completion. Jon Myers  General Manager, Commercial  Jon is responsible for tendering, procurement, contract management and construction project finances. Jon is responsible for tendering, procurement, contract management and construction project finances. Nick Jacobs  Strategic Development Manager  Nick is responsible for the implementation of PSG Holdings strategic plan, through new business opportunities with public and private sector clients and strategic partnerships with socially responsible organisations, with the aim of providing appropriate, sustainable economic and social development opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

Nick is responsible for the implementation of PSG Holdings strategic plan, through new business opportunities with public and private sector clients and strategic partnerships with socially responsible organisations, with the aim of providing appropriate, sustainable economic and social development opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

Rick McClelland  National QSE Manager  As Safety and Systems Manager, Rick ensures all projects operate in accordance with legislative and safe system requirements. Rick is responsible for the planning and implementation of QSE guidelines across all upcoming and current projects. With over ten years experience in site safety management positions, Rick brings a wealth of knowledge regarding QSE legislation, Codes of Practice, Australian Standards, contracts and company policies.

National QSE Manager

As Safety and Systems Manager, Rick ensures all projects operate in accordance with legislative and safe system requirements. Rick is responsible for the planning and implementation of QSE guidelines across all upcoming and current projects. With over ten years experience in site safety management positions, Rick brings a wealth of knowledge regarding QSE legislation, Codes of Practice, Australian Standards, contracts and company policies.

 
Nathan Austin  Operations Manager, Construction ACT  Nathan possesses strong team management and leadership skills, with a clear focus on client satisfaction. His ability to read and interpret plans and the ability to recognise the importance of managing subcontractor relationships ensure that Nathan has a high level of respect from members of the team both internally and from outside consultants. He has strong organisational skills and develops a positive and energetic response from colleagues and clients alike.

Nathan possesses strong team management and leadership skills, with a clear focus on client satisfaction. Adam Beckett  National Operations Manager, Services  As National Operations Manager for the Services Division of PSG Holdings, Adam is responsible for the management of the cleaning staff, communication with clients, tender submissions and the implementation of policies and procedures. An experienced and capable Manager, Adam is committed to ensuring that the cleaning services delivered by PSG Holdings exceed our clients’ expectations.

As National Operations Manager for the Services Division of PSG Holdings, Adam is responsible for the management of the cleaning staff, communication with clients, tender submissions and the implementation of policies and procedures. An experienced and capable Manager, Adam is committed to ensuring that the cleaning services delivered by PSG Holdings exceed our clients’ expectations.

Justin Gallagher  Area Manager WA  As Area Manager, Justin manages and oversees the Western Australian PSG Holdings services team and all sites state wide. Justin’s team has a wealth of experience managing and servicing some of Australia’s largest venues. Justin ensures he maintains constant contact with his team, clients and subcontractors to ensure that any issues that may arise are dealt with immediately and effectively.

As Area Manager, Justin manages and oversees the Western Australian PSG Holdings services team and all sites state wide. Justin’s team has a wealth of experience managing and servicing some of Australia’s largest venues. Justin ensures he maintains constant contact with his team, clients and subcontractors to ensure that any issues that may arise are dealt with immediately and effectively.

 
James Mcvicar  Area Manager QLD  James oversees the daily and periodical cleaning of all sites state wide. James' portfolio includes the Australian Taxation Office QLD branches in Brisbane and Townsville, and a number of sites for the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Authority. James is a hardworking, reliable individual and an exceptional communicator who can liaise with both clients and workers in a professional, friendly manner.
